All UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, with a choice of standard or express delivery at checkout.

Next Working Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders on the next working day after your order is placed.
Orders placed over weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Made-to-order items have different dispatch times, which are explained below.

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Our standard UK postage charge is capped at £4.50 per order, regardless of how much you buy.
Express Delivery — £6.00
Need your order a little sooner? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for £6.00.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day after dispatch. Please note that this is a delivery aim and is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Get Dog Smart Breakaway Dog Safety Collars
Our Get Dog Smart Breakaway Dog Safety Collars are made to order and have a turnaround time of up to 7 days before dispatch.
Once your collar is ready, it will be sent using the delivery service selected at checkout — Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Please remember that selecting Express Delivery does not reduce the made-to-order turnaround time.
Handmade Items
Our Dog Desk Knits are individually handmade in Derbyshire. Some handmade products may require additional time to prepare before dispatch. Where this applies, details will be included in the individual product description.
